Do I need an email address to order online?
When you shop with us for the first time we do request an email address from you. This is so we can confirm we have received your order, and advise you when the expected time of receiving your parcel is.

We will also email you with exclusive online offers and send confirmation emails to you when we have received any payments or returns you make.
How can I find out if the items are in stock?
If you're shopping from our online collection, you will notice the availability information table below the item details. Each color and size will have a symbol beside it within this table which indicates whether the item is in stock on or a delay. If the symbol indicates the item is on a delay, e.g. 2 weeks, then we will be getting further stock of the item around the time quoted. Even if the symbol indicates the item is 'out of stock' or 'unavailable' you will be able to order that particular product.

Item availability is updated regularly and on working days only and based on the most recent information we have.
How do I cancel an order?
Should you change your mind about any part of your order, please contact us on 01-284000 with the order details. Our Customer Care team is available 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, Saturday 8am - 1pm.

If we are able to, we will cancel the order for you. If we are unable to cancel the order we will advise you accordingly.
How do I find out about exclusive offers?
Simply sign up to our news letter and receive our e-mails and keep up to date.

How do I know you have received my order?
If you have placed your order online you will receive a confirmation email from us to advise we have received your order for processing (This email is not an order confirmation or acceptance from us). Once the order is dispatched to you, we will send a further email or contact you to advise it is on its way.

When you place your order, the next step would be to validate the order and proceed to the payment. Your minimum payment is 40% of the total of your order. It’s easy and secure. We will send you an e-mail to confirm we have received the payment once it has been processed through the banks.

If you are ordering online, you will be given the option to pay with your card when you go through checkout. Or you can call our customer team on 01-284000 for more details
How do I place an order?
Click on the navigation tabs at the top of the page (i.e., Women, Children, etc.) and go through our online collection. Select a range from the left hand list, and then click on any product image for more information and to check availability. From there you can add the product to your shopping basket or return to the online collection. To complete your order, click 'next step' and follow the simple instructions on screen.
What size should I order?
Our comprehensive size guide will help you buy clothes and footwear. Full size guides are provided for men, women, children and accessories. With advice on how to measure up correctly, you can be sure your order will be a perfect fit.
Will you confirm my order details?
Yes, simply enter your email address when asked during checkout.

Once you have completed checkout and seen the thank you for your order page the final details of your order will be confirmed. We will then e-mail an order acknowledgment to you. This confirms we have received the order for processing; it is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from us.
Will you tell me when my order has been dispatched?
Yes, just enter your email address when you place your order and we’ll email you when your order is ready or will call you to inform you that your parcel is being dispatched from our office
Are there some items I cannot return?
Yes. All the items that were used or are not placed in their original packaging cannot be returned or exchanged. You cannot return or exchange an item after 15 days of date of delivery.
Can I cancel a collection I've requested?
The easiest way to do this is to contact our office immediately after the validation of the order. You will be advised if the order can or cannot be cancelled.
Can I return unsuitable items and is it free?
We want to make shopping with La Redoute hassle-free so we provide a free exchange service through which you can return items without incurring the cost of return.

When it is a size exchange, your exchange is totally free (should be done within 15days of date of delivery). When it is an item that you didn’t like, La Redoute will charge you a penalty between 10% and 40 % of the item’s original selling price.

How do I exchange an item?
Just call our Customer service team on 01-284000, between 8am and 5pm, Monday - Friday, Saturday 8am - 1pm, and tell us which item you wish to exchange and the replacement details (catalogue number, size and color).

You will not be charged on exchange items (exchanging sizes), it is totally FREE or additional items that you order at the same time.

We can also arrange a collection at the same time if you wish.
How do I return a faulty item?
At La Redoute we want you to be delighted with your order so please call us on 01-284000 and we will order a replacement or exchange item. Please make sure to contact us as soon as you receive the faulty item. The faulty item should be returned back in its original packaging .We will arrange a collection for you
How long do returns take to get back to you?
It normally depends on the availability of the item ordered at the time of the exchange or return. If you complete your email details when placing your order we will be able to send you an email as soon as we receive your returned items. Or you can just call our customer service on 01-284000 for more details.

When the order is validated by our customer team, it can take up to 35 days to receive all items. It is always possible to cancel any article the customer wishes not to receive within this period. Pass the 35th day the items that were not received are cancelled automatically. Therefore a re-order is advised if you wish to receive it anyway.
Can I make a payment online?
If you have made an order on line and wish to pay online, you can sign in, select 'Make a payment' and enter your debit/credit card details using our secure connection.

Once we have received your online payment, and it has been cleared through the banking systems we will send you an email to confirm it has been credited to your account.

By cheque: Please make your cheque payable to I.T.P ( International Technology Products)

At a bank: Pay by cash or cheque at any SGBL branch using your full name. This service should be offered free of charge.

I have forgotten my password
Don't worry if you have forgotten your password. Go to the ‘sign in’ to page and click on 'forgot password'. You will be asked to fill in your registered e-mail with us. We will then be able to send your password to your mail box. You can choose to keep it or change it. Your new password will be active immediately.
